Zrii Tips from 9 Stars
Learn from my mistakes.
I had to learn the hard way as I have done much of my life. :) I was a monster enroller in Zrii. Probably one of the top 3 with 140 enrollments in just over a year; but was it effective? (Not nearly if I was to have done things the right way from the start. )
I was throwing the mud at the wall and hoping some stuck. I got lucky that some stuck and one in particular knew how to build the right way. That was the Dr. Boetcher and Dr. Gonzales Team. I placed just 1 ineffective person out of the mass of enrollments in their group. I was always trying to play catch-up.
The rest went in my weak legs and I watched Dr. B and G grow to 11 times the volume than all the other people I enrolled in my weak sides alone! Why?? They knew how to pay attention and get the ones they enrolled wins right away...then helped their peoples people and so on until they trained their enrollments enough to cut the umbilical cord. In doing things this way they kept duplicating themselves and taught a system that their leaders then practiced through the depths of their groups and so on.
They enrolled a fraction of the people I enrolled between the two of them because they were helping them from the start. I figured they may have enrolled apx. 5 a month between the two of them but were swamped helping them so they could not keep enrolling and be as much of a help. You see if you enrolled a few and then helped them get their few to work with ...down a few generations you would be busy! There are many many reasons this was SMART TO DO!
So what is the best way to practice this??
1.) You get people going within 24 - 48 hours or their excitement gets cold and it is hard to get them to the point they were at when they signed up initially. You are getting them going and really helping them so they see the support. You are teaching them what to do with their people and beginning the training on duplicating yourself which they will carry to their people.
2.) People need to be led at times. The best builders in the industry are NOT the super sales people but the good Generals. You should tell them what they need to do next because they are new and pretty clueless at this point so, first tell them to go home that night and compile a list of 25 people they know this would be great for. If they think they do not know that many people tell them when they get started how many people will come to mind when they just start writing and brain storming.
3.) Then ask them a good time to drop by the next day to go over a gameplan on how to approach each person. For most people a quick 5 minute invite over the phone to a meeting is great!
4.) Set up coffees, lunches, 1 on 1's, 3 way calls, and invite to meetings. At the meetings is where most get that 3rd party validation but if you are helping them make those calls like you are supposed to you are their first taste of 3rd party validation. Why is 3rd party validation so important? I have a true story that explains it all... My wife received a call from a frustrated ie. She went out and became the rockstar salesperson she was and could not get anywhere. Their response was that "let me know how it goes for you then come talk to me." So she got my wife Jen on the call with five of them. Jen told her story and at the end opened it up for questions. Their questions Jen gave the answers to and they all signed up. Afterwards the ie. told my wife that she could not believe it and how she answered their same questions with the same answers Jen gave. It is simple.. People listen more to those they do not know; there is just something about it. So you should not be the rockstar for yourself but be the rockstar to your enrolled instead.
5.) Step 1. With your new ie. you should get them started by hosting a meeting at their home the next week. This way it is their job to fill their house and they are on a timeline...this is important! Even if no one shows up then you should go back over their list of people while you are there and still do a meeting for them. Then set up a meeting for the next week same place. ( if you had people show up then it is best to have one of the newbie's host the next at their house next time. People usually will come to a home that they are familiar with rather than a strangers home.
Step 2. Next meeting you need to have them do half of the next one them selves.
Step 3. They will need to do the 3rd by themselves with you there as a support.
6.) Now realize what you have done is far more important than the people you may have enrolled during those meetings. You just coached a person to where they know enough to host their own meetings as well as meetings for their people and peoples people etc. WITHOUT YOU!!
You also just helped that persons confidence go way up to where enrolling is easier, etc., etc. They will then need to carry this through their downlines until they can cut the umbilical cord as well. You should have them then do the meetings for their peoples people etc. before you cut the cord to find more apprentices to work with.
Now if they do this it will mushroom all over the place with a solid duplication of leadership! I took my do it yourself attitude right from real estate to this business and could have gone a lot further if I trained leaders and enrolled less. However I had to enroll and enroll because I was living off Zrii due to losing our business. Some in this market may need to become monster enrollers from the get go, but now that our comp plan pays team commissions after 30 days instead of 3 months and there is even more money in up front commissions than before. You should still be able to build the right way. Or ask your upline to help you with your situation until you can focus more having some steady money coming in. This should happen fast.
7.) Hold large public group meetings at least once a week that everyone should come to to have that massive 3rd party validation coming in a mass celebration of the excitement you all have as well as doing home meetings! Get them all to come to the RSA's and Convention for this very reason.
I have an example ( for all of the above ) from just last month when I started practicing this method. I enrolled a girl in GA and my wife and I got her to come to convention. She was really excited and went home but I told her I would come out the next week and train her and do a few meetings. I drove about 5 hours to spend the time and trained her the right way!
She was able to host her own meeting before I left and had two friends she formed a partnership with. I called them regularly and encouraged them as well as answered their questions which you should always do. She called me a couple weeks later as they were super busy shouting " It's working we are now 4 generations deep and our people are starting to host their own meetings and we are duplicating like crazy!!!
At the time they only enrolled a few people each but were doing 13 presentations a day between the 3 of them for their peoples, peoples, people! But now they are seeing them duplicate and teach their leaders to do the same with out them. They then enrolled more to work with and their whole team is on fire doing meetings with the utmost excitement! Their weekly meetings had already packed out the place they were holding them in so they had to split to 2 due to a standing room only crowd. There are many, many, meetings going on in homes, places of business, or other meeting places as well. They should have hundreds in month two and true momentum is just about to hit for them. Pumping people up fuels their fire! Everyone needs affirmation.
Someone once told me that it will be easy to want to give up but to push to that 500 people mark. He said from 500 -1000 happens over night and from 1000 to 3000 people happens over night! Sure enough as he said it is a truly magical number! It took me 6 months to hit 500 but from 500 to 1,250 happened in 3.5 weeks and 3,000 happened 5 weeks after that!
They told me that in their meetings they are rocking the song : Suddenly I see, with images of success, and Zrii on a screen as people walk in. They tell me they have 100% sign up rate at their meetings with the energy they are bringing. I love it! What an appropriate name: SUDDENLY I SEE ;-)

Growing your business takes time
Now, for those of you starting home businesses with Zrii. I don't want you to think, "Am I going to have to wait 5 years to see results?" Obviously not. However, everyone should understand that building your business in network marketing doesn't happen over night.
It is true that the Zrii compensation plan is geared toward making some large checks early on - which you can and will do, but remember truly lasting, residual wealth through network marketing comes from having a large group which takes time to develop.
It's easy to get discouraged at first, you might have enrolled quite a few people in the beginning and then seemed to run out of steam. Maybe you got distracted. Or maybe you're working just as hard today as you were when you started, but your results just aren't coming like you would expect.
Remember the Bamboo tree. Remember that the work you do today will pay off in the future. As you share your Zrii business with others - many won't be interested. However, it may be because the timing isn't right for them. If they see that you've stuck with it and that you've not given up, it will be encouragement for them to listen to your story again.
It generally takes a person 3-5 exposures to the products and the business model before they really take root and consider it to be part of their life. Don't pressure people constantly, but if someone kindly declines - give them a few weeks or a month and present it again. Try to get them to an event or invite them to lunch with your upline. Just don't give up.
It might take a year to sign that one special person that has the network marketing gift and goes rocketing through the star rankings, but if you give up on him or her - or you give up on yourself, you'll not reach your potential. It may take time for your team to develop, but once it does that explosive growth will happen and all the prior struggles and hard work that you endured will pay dividends.

Use Upline Matching to spur new growth
Over the past few weeks, I've been observing and talking with fellow IE's and I've been hearing many of the same things from multiple people. One area that I want to address is cooperative growth. As you all know, Zrii has a hybrid binary pay plan. That means that people above you have the opportunity to place their new people underneath you in the commission matrix, and you can earn commissions if they are placed in your pay leg. The grumblings I've encountered are that not a lot of people are experiencing this kind of assistance from above.
I would never point out a problem issue, without offering you a solution. After all, this is what I created this website for. If you're not getting much traction and you're getting frustrated with your business, the first thing you should do is call the person who enrolled you. Then find out who the "leader" is in your group. These leaders are those who you know are actively training and building teams. These don't always have to be 10-Stars, but find someone who is in your upline and who is serious about building their Zrii business.
Once you find that person, ask them to let you know where you are in their overall genealogy. Find out if you're in their pay leg or strong leg. Find out the names of people a few levels up from you and ask for their contact information. Give them a call. Be friendly, but ask them if they're serious about Zrii as a business. Now, you may find some IE's in the matrix that are content with just using the product. That's ok, but if you encounter one, find out who enrolled them and repeat this process.
Once you find a motivated person who responds, "YES!" to whether or not they want to build a business, tell them that you do also. Formulate a plan at this point as to how to best get your downline growing. It is entirely possible that you may know more about building your business than someone who is in your upline. If you do, invite them to visit this website and share with them tools to succeed.
My suggestion is to challenge your new upline contact to "match" you
person for person. Tell them, If I put someone in, you owe me a
spill-over placement in my pay leg next time you enroll someone. (They do this by using the manual placement on their next personal enrollment.) If
they're not actively enrolling, but just supervising a large group,
find a person who is actively building to partner with.
Using this method, provides
incentive and accountability in your organization. It fosters cooperation and promotes healthy growth. Also, integrity is
key, so if you both agree to do the "match" both better stick to their
word. Doing this can ignite dead branches in your enroller tree and can
spur new growth that you never had before.
This really goes back to the old adage of "the squeaky wheel gets the grease," but it can really help a get your business moving you're feeling like you're spinning your wheels hoping to get traction. Give it a try and let me know in a few weeks, If you've had better success.

Honestly, this is dead wrong. If you approach your Zrii business strictly from a social media platform you will find yourself struggling most likely. (If you are using social media and having success, continue to do so and perhaps share with folks here how you are capitalizing on this medium.)

What you can do on his site is purchase real-time (you get them as the forms are filled out) and localized (you give him what area codes you wish to receive leads from) leads. Buying real-time, localized leads you have the best chance to make an appointment and grow your business. These are the best. The cost is $97 for 50 leads.
Yes, it may sound like a lot, but remember - if you're not getting your business in front of people you're not going to grow and if you're not growing then you're not ever going to make any money. It takes money to make money, so if you're not able to generate your own, buying high-quality leads like these are worth it.
If you can't afford $97 there is a "short-form" leads category that he sells 30 leads for $49.00. These don't give you as much information (age, location, etc., - things that can help you know how to anticipate who is going to be on the other end of the line before you call).
Buying these high-quality leads is much better than buying a large number of leads for a cheaper amount. Quality is much more important than quantity in this case, because if someone isn't really looking to start a home business, but just filled out a form you'll be wasting your time.
Once you buy some leads from Enrique, go into his training vault that is provided once you make a purchase. Before you ever make a single call, listen to every bit of training he has then do it EXACTLY. Don't deviate until you have mastered the phone prospecting process.
Remember, by buying local leads all you need to do is set up evening or lunch appointments, a coffee or invite them to a business opportunity meeting. Don't try to sell your business over the phone on the first contact.

I spoke with a Master network marketer a few weeks ago who told me at his last company (where he built a massive downline) he found a leader (someone capable of growing a 100+ member team) for every 1000 people he showed the business to. The more people you talk to (whether from meeting them at a networking function, finding one of your drop cards, or calling a purchased lead) the more likely you are to find the leader you need to succeed. I took a few hours today "cleaning house" so-to-speak regarding my downline. Using the Zrii back office platform, I clicked "Downline" then "Graphic Geneology" which brought me to a screen looking like this:
Looking at the graphical geneology is helpful because you can zoom in and out and click around and see exactly what's going on in your organization. You can see where people have others underneath them on both sides, but aren't getting paid (in one case, it was because this IE didn't have 2 qualified personally enrolled people on each side. Because of not filling that one spot, she was missing a $500 a month check!)
As a quality team leader, you must be cognizant of these sorts of things and take corrective action with your team members. But how can you do it without their "real" email addresses? (Unfortunately, the only accessible email address is the "back office" email itself which Independent Executives are NOT using.)
I decided to figure out a way to get a hold of these individuals. The key is Facebook. I opened a browser window with my graphical downline displayed and then another with facebook, and I began to go back and forth plugging names into the search function. I ended up "friending" a good portion of my downline (not people I personally enrolled).
I wrote them a short note, directing them to this website and told them I wanted them to succeed. Many people that I found through my back office have been inactive for many months, if not over a year. Since then, a large majority have had a tremendous amount of spillover volume placed in their "power leg."
For those people who might have dropped out before, if they know have half their team built for them and everyone that they enroll from now (and the ones that those people enroll) will all be commissionable volume.
Taking the time to look inside your downline and find an inactive person who might be missing out on a BIG opportunity is crucial. In many ways, this will be easier than talking to someone new who doesn't know about Zrii. There are people in my downline and yours who joined the company thinking that they were going to make a lot of money. And though there are a lot of people who are making a lot of money, others are struggling.
However, if you find someone who still desires to make a passive income and you explain to them that a portion of their downline has already been pre-built, invite them to restart their autoship again and offer them a plan to build their pay-leg. Doing this might awake a sleeping giant who can build massive volume for your team! Remember, just one quality leader building your business on each side of your downline is all it takes to earn large commissions every month.
I spoke with Corporate a few weeks ago and was advised that all these old placements (people who have been inactive 6 months or longer) are going to be purged from the system by April at the latest. This gives you a little over a month to figure out a way to contact these people and have them restart their autoship (even if only for a month) or they are going to lose out on the spillover volume that has been placed in 1/2 of their downline.
